Letters of attorney of Robert Lattar the Elder of the parish of Tunbrigge (Kent) appointing John Godyng of Hadlo (Kent) his attorney to deliver to John Bysshop of Hadlo, according to the affect of his charter, full possession of all the lands, etc., which lately belonged to Laurence Bournemell in the parish of Capele in le Hole, which the said Robert lately had, jointly with Richard a Forde of Pensherst, gentleman, William Swan of Southflete, gentleman, and Walter Lovell now deceased, of the gift of Richard Bourner of Bournemell in the parish of Tunbrigge aforesaid, Thomas Bourner, Gilbert Bourner, Robert Bourner, John Basle of Southborough and Gilbert Godfrey of Gellyngham, now deceased. Given on the 18th Septmeber, 8 Edward IV.
